- It’s 1 cup of wheat flour/ maida( i have used wheat flour).
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of corn flour.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of thick curd.
- It’s 3/4 cup of powder sugar.
- You need 3/4 cup of oil.
- You need 1 pinch of salt.
- It’s 1 cup of apple puree.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Aata coated tutti fruity.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped walnut.
- You need 4 drops of Vanilla essence.
- It’s as needed of milk at room temp (add If required).
Apple Vegan cake instructions
- Seive wheat flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and baking soda, mix well.
- In another bowl add oil powder sugar mix well add vanilla essence, curd and apple puree whisk nicely.
- Now add wheat flour mixture little by little in sugar oil mixture and whisk so that no lumps present.
- Add tuty fruity in the batter if batter seems thick add milk to make pouring consistency.
- Grease a cake pot dust with aata tap it,pour the batter in the pot tap again.
- Keep the lower stand in the oven then pre heat the oven in convection mode at 180°C.
- Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- After 10 minutes demould and Cool completely in the wired rack then cut into the pieces.
