  2. Prepare 2 of eggs beaten.
  3. It’s 1/2 c. of Oil.
  4. Prepare 1/2 c. of Pistachio nuts, chopped.
  5. You need 1/2 c. of Sweetened dried cranberries.
  6. You need 1/2 c. of White chocolate chips.

Pistachio-Cranberry Cookies instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil; mix well..
  2. Fold in nuts, cranberries, and white chocolate chips..
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet..
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden..
  5. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 3 dozen..
